Awwww....being an Iowan, our beach fires were on the beach of the river. But they were complete with marshmellow roasting and s'mores!
I loved the burnt marshmellows.(they were the only kind I knew how to make, so it's a darn good thing I liked 'em that way, huh? LOL)
